India’s youth lifters (age 13-17) won 21 medals including 7 golds. The junior lifters (age 15-20) won 12 medals. Jyoshna in women’s youth 40kg swept 3 gold medals with a total lift of 135kg (60kg snatch + 75kg clean & jerk). Payal (women’s 45kg) and Sanjana (women’s 76kg) won 5 medals each across junior and youth divisions.
